User registration is the key to the effective operations of the factory, we use satellite mapping and facial recognition technology to register user instantly at his doorstep.
We have masters of parameters must to enroll for any individual, agency dealing with factory. The purpose of this is to avoid duplication of master records. The master data is validated through various masters like State, District, Taluka and Village. There is provision of ‘AADHAR Number’, which eliminates chances of duplication.
Each and every individual related to factory functioning is provided with ‘UID’ and treated as ‘Applicant’. The ‘UID’ generated helps in maintaining single account in multiple sections and generates ‘Single Consolidated Ledger’ with section wise transactions and summery as a Closing Balance’ i.e. ‘Receivable’ or ‘Payable’.
