Role Description
Implementation engineers assist with the overall technical design concept and diagnostic tests to ensure that the features and performance meet the highest quality standards and business requirements. They also identify the systems' potential failures and develop troubleshooting reports as necessary. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain an implementation plan that is consistent with the company's core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency, and excellence in all aspects of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Implementing our ERP Products at the Customer site.
Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and production environments.
Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues on the different levels of solutions.
Be the front face of our company to esteemed customers.
Implementing our Products at the Client site, provide training to customer’s staff.
Work as a Subject Matter Expert with customers to understand and gather their requirements and get these changes implemented by our development team.
Work closely with sales managers/ representatives to develop strategies to drive innovation and new features across modules.
Lead/coordinate with the service delivery team in the accurate deployment of organizational software and user training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
MBA, MCA, or similar qualification is preferred
Minimum of 1+ years of experience
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and Mysql Experience with popular web application frameworks
Strong knowledge of Store, Purchase, and Accounting practices.
Should be ready to take on new challenges
Must have strong communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
A commitment to collaborative problem solving, Customer First Focus is a must.
